Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of distributive justice compensation, distributive justice career to turnover intention with Millenial-Non Millenial Generation as a moderation variable on employee of private university in Yogyakarta. The total of respondents in this study is 140 respondents that already determined with sampling techniques using non probability sampling techniques. The questionnaires distributed by offline and online. Online questionnaires is used by Google Forms. The analytical tool used for this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 16.00 as a application program. Based on the analysis results, this study concludes that distributive justice compensation and distributive justice career have a negative relationship to turnover intention. Non Millenials generation moderated the relationship between distributive justice compensation to turnover intention, but Millenials generations moderated the relationship between distributive justice career to turnover intention.
