Abstract

The maternal and Perinatal mortality rates in Indonesia still high, even the highest economi could non automatically in Asian countries. Besides infection and bleeding factors, Preeclampsia is one of the main factors in the contribution of Preeclampsia is not yet know, to decrease number of Preeclampsia is only by decreasing the risk factor or understanding the risk factor in early way.
Pregnant mother and parity are two of several risk factor causing Preeclampsia and eclampsia. This research aims to know how comparison of pregnant mother age and parity as risk factor of Preeclampsia and eclampsia. Samples are taken from all of patient that suffer Preeclampsia and Eclampsia who treated at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta for three years. Obtained data are processed in descriptive form.
Obtained research result show that Preeclampsia and Eclampsia patients who treated as many as 58 of 1257 pregnant mothers. 46,55% of them suffer light Preeclampsia, 41,38% suffer heavy Preeclampsia and 12,07% suffer Eclampsia. In Preeclampsia whose 0 parity in age less than 21 years with 5,88%, 0 parity on age between 21 and 30 years old are as many as 35,29%, 0 parity on age 30 years old are many as 11,77%, 1-3 parity on age more than 30 years old are as many as 27,45%. On more than 3 parity of more than 30 years old are as many as 1,96% and Eclampsia patients whose 0 parity on age less than 21 years old are as many as 14,29%, 0 Parity on age between 21 years and 30 years old are as many as 14,29%, 1-3 parity with age more than 30 years old are as many as 57,13% and Parity more than 3 on age more than 30 years old as many as 14,29%. These results are not match with theory namely in young woman whose high incident to get Preecalmpsia. Born woman in beginning teenager and woman on age 35 years old up have high risk and these correlatin is U graphic
