Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital innovation, product quality, and service quality on customer satisfaction, with a specific focus on Telkomsel Yogyakarta.
The research was conducted with a total sample of 155 respondents, selected using a non-probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the study indicate that all variables digital innovation, product quality, and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for both academic research and practical applications in the telecommunications industry, particularly in enhancing customer satisfaction strategies at Telkomsel Yogyakarta.
