Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan hukuman bagi pelaku pelecehan siber melalui media sosial. Selain itu juga menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hukuman terhadap pelaku pelecehan seksual siber sebagai penentu berat ringannya kejahatan. Dan yang terakhir, menganalisis kasus �Gilang Bungkus� terkait tindak pidana pelecehan seksual siber dalam perspektif hukum pidana. Penelitian hukum normatif ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus
