FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI UBI JALAR PADA LAHAN SAWAH DI DESA GADINGSARI KECAMATAN SANDEN KABUPATEN BANTUL

This research aims to analyze the costs, revenues, income, profits of sweet potato farming in paddy fields and the factors that influence the production of sweet potatoes in paddy fields in Gadingsari Village, Sanden District, Bantul Regency. Determination of respondents using the census method with a total of 60 sweet potato farmers as respondents. The method of analysis uses analysis of production costs, revenue, income, profit and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the cost of the sweet potato business in paddy fields was Rp 2.444.360, -. Receipts IDR 4.560.188, -. Income of IDR 3.699.255, -. Profit of IDR 2.115.828, -. Seeds, land area, N fertilizer, P fertilizer, K fertilizer, manure, labor, liquid insecticide, and solid insecticide together have a significant effect on sweet potato production in paddy fields. Meanwhile, individual seeds, N fertilizer, and K fertilizer have a significant effect on sweet potato production in paddy fields. The area of land, fertilizer P, manure, labor, liquid insecticide, and solid insecticide individually did not affect the production of sweet potato in paddy fields.
