ACCELERATING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPLETE SYSTEMATIC LAND REGISTRATION (PTSL) IN 2019 (A CASE STUDY OF THE LAND OFFICE OF TEMANGGUNG DISTRICT)

This study aims to determine the Accelerating The Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration which is carried out for the first time simultaneously and includes all objects in Temanggung Regency in 2019. This study uses empirical data collection that implements positive legal provisions, laws that are carried out factually of the facts of life in society and are absolute. In this study, there is a target of PTSL implementation through asset legalization with a total of 60.000 plots targeted at 18 villages. This research also has several obstacles faced in the implementation of PTSL such as lack of human resources, problems of inheritance rights and the problem of missing evidence of ownership of Letter C. The results of the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) have been documented in the land information system as a form of implementation of an orderly land administration at the Land Office of Temanggung Regency.
