Abstract

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intellectual capital, BOPO, dan profit sharing ratio terhadap profitabilitas bank syariah. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan Bank Umum Syariah yang tedaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan sampel sebanyak 9 bank syariah dengan periode penelitian 2015-2019 yang menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah IBM SPSS statistics 22.<br>
Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas. BOPO berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas. Profit sharing ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas</p>
