Abstract

: The objectives of this research are to analyze The Influence Of Organizational Justice Toward Job Satisfaction With Gender As Moderation Variable On Management Student At Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The subjects in this research were the management program students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta who were at least sitting in the second semester and were active students in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This research was conducted with a total sample of 134 respondents that have been determined using nonprobability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used by the author was multiple analysis techniques with SPSS 16 as the application program. Based on the analysis result, the distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice have a significant impact on job satisfaction, also gender has moderating effect between distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and job satisfaction.
