Abstract

The research objective is to examine and analyze managerial ownership, financial leverage, profitability, liquidity on dividend policy, also to examine and analyze the effect of five variables and dividend policy on firm value, and also to examine and analyze the effect of dividend policy that mediates managerial ownership, financial leverage, profitability, firm size, and liquidity to firm value. Research methodology using quantitative research type. The population of manufacturing industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using financial reports in the 2016-2019 study period. The sampling technique was carried out by the purposive sampling method. The technique used for data collection is archival data using secondary data. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical tests, classical assumptions test, path analysis. The results showed that Managerial Ownership had a significant negative effect on dividend policy. Leverage has no effect on dividend policy. Profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Company size has no effect on dividend policy. Liquidity has no effect on dividend policy. Managerial Ownership has a significant negative effect on Firm Value. Leverage has no effect on Firm Value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on Firm Value. Firm size has a significant positive effect on Firm Value. Liquidity has no effect on Firm Value. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on Firm Value. Greater direct influence between managerial ownership, financial leverage, profitability, firm size, liquidity, on firm value through dividend policy.
