ANALISIS DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP KINERJA BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) Studi Kasus di BUMDes Amarta Pandowoharjo dan BUMDes Tridadi Makmur

This study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the performance of village-owned enterprises in Sleman Regency as research objects, namely BUMDes Amarta and BUMDes Tridadi Makmur. This study uses a qualitative research model that aims to answer the question of "How is the impact of the Pandemic Covid-19 on Village-Owned Enterprises in BUMDes Amarta and BUMDes Tridadi Makmur?". This research is a field research and is descriptive qualitative in nature. The sampling technique in this study was to use the snowball sampling technique to complete the information needed by the researcher. Based on the results of research, the impact of the Pandemic Covid-19 has hampered the performance of BUMDes, with the Pandemic Covid-19 the second director of BUMDes implemented policies that were not detrimental to the community or BUMDes. Employee performance at BUMDes has not experienced significant changes, BUMDes is running as usual but has undergone several changes as one of the BUMDes survival strategies. In its operations, BUMDes apply strict health protocols. Currently both BUMDes are focused on how BUMDes can survive and develop and make new innovations in the BUMDes business unit.
