Abstract
The case of work accidents in Indonesia is still high, one of the biggest contributors is in building construction projects, the larger the project is done, the potential risk of accidents of cooperation is also great. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the accuracy in the application of risk management taken. The implementation of risk management can be poured in the form of occupational safety and health regulations (K3). In Indonesia, the case of work accidents still seems to be ignored, this is evident from the high number of work accidents. K3 risk analysis is conducted as a benchmark of how safe or how much risk threatens workers in carrying out activities on the project site. This research was conducted by quantitative method, namely by providing assessment / score on each risk variable activities based on the available risk matrix. The assessment is done by taking triplo data, which is with three sources who are then taken the average value. The result of occupational safety and health risk analysis (K3) that has been conducted in structural activities, namely repetition, formwork, and casting on columns, beams and floor plates in the construction of the Madrasah Mu'allimin Muhamadiyah Integrated Campus Building Yogyakarta project is a low risk category with an average risk level value of all work items of 4.8.
