Abstract

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh<em> person organization fit </em>dan komitmen organisasional afektif terhadap <em>organizational citizens behavior</em> pada anggota Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Bulutangkis UMY periode 2019/2020.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan ukuran sampel sebesar 90 responden menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus). Pegumpulan data didapatkan dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan skala penilaian atau rating scale untuk mengukur 14 indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) <em>person organization fit</em> memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap <em>organization</em><em>al</em><em> citizenship behavior</em> (2) komitmen organisasional afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organization <em>citizenship behavior</em>.</p>
