Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the exchange rate, world rubber prices and production on rubber exports in Indonesia in 1988-2019. The data used in this study is coherent (time series) from 1988-2019. The regression model used is the Error Correction Model (ECM) and the classical assumption test. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained in the short term that the exchange rate variable and world rubber prices have a positive and insignificant relationship to Indonesian rubber exports, while the production variable has a positive and significant influence on Indonesian rubber exports and in the long term the world rubber price variable and production has a positive and significant relationship while the exchange rate has a positive and insignificant relationship to Indonesian rubber exports
