. In general, occupational safety and health issues in Indonesia are still often ignored. This can be seen from the number of work accidents which is still high. One of the causes of the high number of work accidents is the lack of public awareness and understanding of the meaning of occupational safety and health management systems. The construction service provider sector is one sector that has a high risk of work accidents. Loss of life, cost, material, and time is the impact of work accidents. Therefore, it is very necessary to implement occupational safety and health management during construction work in order to create conditions that support work comfort for workers. In this study, the identification of occupational safety and health risks (K3) related to the construction project of the Yogyakarta International Airport railway line construction and accident risk assessment in the Yogyakarta International Airport railway construction project will be investigated. This study aims to analyze the possible risks of work accidents that can occur in construction projects. The method used is a direct analysis method by giving questionnaires to the workers, analyzed using a risk matrix. In the YIA Airport Railroad construction project, there were at least 52 incidents out of 13 activities originating from 5 stages of work. Based on the results of the questionnaires that have been answered by the respondents, the risk value is 9.86 which is included in the "Medium Risk" category with the highest score in structural work which obtains a risk value of 14.62 and the lowest value in preparatory work with a risk value of 6.04.
