PERAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DAN TRANSPARASI PEMERINTAH DESA TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAYANAN PENANGANAN COVID-19 DENGAN PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Empiris Pada Pemerintah Desa di Kabupaten Sleman)

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of community participation on the
allocation of village funds, obtain empirical evidence on the effect of transparency of village
government in allocating village funds, and obtain empirical evidence on the effect of
transparency of village government in managing Covid-19 service funds on community trust in
handling. covid 19 through the management of village funds. This test uses community
participation and transparency of village government, independent variables, community trust in
the handling of the dependent variable Covid-19 and management of village funds as an
intervening variable. The samples used in this study were village officials and BPD in Sleman
Regency, and were taken from 30 villages in Sleman Regency. This research uses cluster random
sampling method. The type of data used in this research is primary data. Based on the
questionnaire distribution process, a sample of 120 respondents was obtained. Hypothesis
testing in this study uses Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) analysis. SPSS
software application SPSS, v 22. The results show that community participation has a positive
effect on village fund management, village government transparency has a positive effect on
village fund management, community participation affects trust in the handling of Covid-19
services, village government transparency has no positive effect on trust Covid-19 handling
services, village fund management has a positive effect on trust in Covid-19 handling services,
community participation has a positive effect on trust in Covid-19 handling services through
village fund management, village government transparency affects trust in Covid-19 handling
services through management Village funds, and village government transparency have a direct
effect on the trust in the handling of Covid-19 services by providing good communication
between village officials and the community. it can realize Covid-19 handling services.
