EFEKTIVITAS IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PERATURAN WALIKOTA YOGYAKARTA NOMOR 79 TAHUN 2010 TERHADAP PROBLEMATIKA PENDIRIAN TOKO MODERN BERJEJARING DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2016-2017

Currently, there are many minimarket franchises in Yogyakarta. Many of these minimarket franchises are not in accordance with the Yogyakarta Mayor's Regulation Number 79 of 2010 concerning Limitation of minimarket franchises in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the existing minimarket franchise is in accordance with the Regulation of the Mayor of Yogyakarta Number 79 of 79 2010. This research is an empirical legal research with a qualitative approach. The data in this paper is collected using primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, data collection using interviews. The data analysis uses inductive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of Yogyakarta Mayor Regulation No. 79 of 2010 has not run as it should. Although most of these minimarket franchises are in compliance with regulations, there are still some minimarket franchises that do not comply with Mayor Regulation No. 79 of 2010.
