Along with the development of technology, the need for accurate and effective information is very important for implementing information technology. Especially in the process of managing information in the Information Technology Study Program of UMY. The problem that can be reviewed now is the process of making and providing information that is still using Whatsapp and Telegram applications, resulting in what is made not being conveyed properly for the information being given, because a lot of information is piled up on one another. To overcome these problems, a website was built using the PHP programming language using the Laravel framework, and a database using MySql. Based on the tests that have been done, it can be said that the web that has been built can help the information management process, the information made becomes more precise and efficient according to the purpose of the information.
