Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organization Support, Symbolic Incentives Meaning, dan Knowledge Sharing Quality terhadap Innovative Work Behavior pada e-commerce di Indonesia. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yang diteliti adalah 150 sampel pelaku usaha yang memasarkan produknya di e-commerce, yang berasal dari Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, dan Nusa Tenggara Barat. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organization Support berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Symbolic Incentives Meaning. Perceived Organization Support berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing Quality. Perceived Organization Support berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Symbolic Incentives Meaning berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Knowledge Sharing Quality berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior.
Kata Kunci: Perceived Organization Support, Symbolic Incentives Meaning, Knowledge Sharing Quality, dan Innovative Work Behavior.
