Abstract
This research is aimed to analyses the influences of leadership style, compensation, and work-environment on employee’s performance in Opak River Watershed Council (BBWS) of Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Housing. This study is conducted to determine the work dynamics in Serayu Opak Watershed Council (BBWS) located in Central Java and Special Region of Yogyakarta. Using purposive sampling method, 105 respondents were used as samples. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. Based on the analysis, it is found that leadership style and work environment positively affect the employee performance, while compensation does not significantly affect the employees performance.
