Abstract
This study aims to analyze "The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Commitment with Motivation as an Intervening Variable" study at PT. Telkom Access Jogja (Pugeran), in this study using data analysis techniques, namely Path Analysis (path analysis) using SPSS software version 23.0 This study uses a sampling technique using the census method, namely all the population at the research opbej locations are used as respondents for this study. This data collection is assisted by using googleform. Based on the results of the analysis obtained from the data that has been processed by the researcher, it is found that the Transformational Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Data that can be processed from 200 questionnaires distributed by researchers is 120 data. The results of the analysis conducted by the researchers showed that transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on work motivation, work motivation had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and transformational leadership had no effect on organizational commitment through work motivation
