IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN KULON PROGO NOMOR 5 TAHUN 2016 TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN PRODUK LOKAL KULON PROGO TAHUN 2019-2020 (Studi Kasus :Tomira Diponegoro, Kecamatan Wates, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta)

Each region has different economic development than other regions. Kulon Progo is an area that has a Bela-Beli program created to lift the economy of kulon progo people. Tomira is a program from Bela-Beli Kulon Progo which was launched on March 23, 2013 by Regent dr. H. Hasto Wardoyo, Sp OG (K) period 2016-2019. Tomira is a form of partnership in terms of Take over and Investment. In Tomira there is a policy of at least 20% local products contained in Tomira it is contained in the Letter of Agreement.This study, aims to find out the Implementation of Kulon Progo District Regulation Number 5 of 2016 concerning The Protection of Local Products Kulon Progo Year 2019-2020 in Tomira Diponegoro, chose Tomira Diponegoro because it received tomira award in 2019 and 2020. With this policy at least 20% has not been implemented in Tomira Diponegoro.The method in this study uses qualitatively descriptive. Data collection is conducted by interviewing, observation in the field and supported by documentation in the form of writings, documents and images of evidence of activities aimed at knowing the Implementation of Kulon Progo District Regulation No. 5 of 2016 on The Protection of Local Products Kulon Progo Year 2019-2020 In Tomira Diponegoro.The results of the study pointed out that the protection of local products Kulon Progo with the presence of at least 20% of local products that in Tomira Diponegoro approximately only there is about 10%. The existence of local products sold in Tomira must go through curation conducted by the Office of Kopeasi and SMEs and the requirement that local products must be pirt, the expiry date. Curation is done by Umkm actors who want to sell products in Tomira.
