PENILAIAN SISTEM PROTEKSI KEBAKARAN PADA PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG EMPAT LANTAI (Studi Kasus : Gedung Asrama Kampus Terpadu Madrasah Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta)

Residential buildings are buildings that have the main function as a residence that is built with attention to the safety of the occupants of the building. Fire disasters include frequent fires in residential buildings where fires can cause great harm and can threaten the safety of residents. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present the reliability value of building safety systems (NKSKB) to fire hazards. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method by conducting direct observations and interviews to collect data and analysis guided by Pd-T-11- 2005-C. The results of this study obtained the percentage of reliability value of building safety system (NKSKB) of 70.709% obtained from the summation of the value of the components of the completeness of the site by 22.5%, the rescue facilities by 16.425%, the active protection system by 11.712% , and passive protection system 20.072%.
