Abstract

The construction projects have a high level of complexity. Sometimes there are projects that are delayed or suffer losses. Earned Value Method combines in terms of cost, schedule, and work progress. This concept analyzes the work that has been completed at a time and assesses it based on the total budget that has been provided for each of these jobs. This method can calculate whether the progress of project work implementation is proportional to the use of the budgeted portion. This method will be implemented in the construction project of the Southern Cross Road Package Lot.1 Tambakreja – Bantarsari. In the project performance section, it is analyzed based on the cost performance index and schedule performance index. As for the calculation, it is based on BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP. The results of the CPI calculation for the 50th week until 54th week shows = 1 value, which means that it shows normal cost performance in this period and for an SPI it value< 1, it means that the project shows poor performance and is behind the planned target. Meanwhile, the estimated total cost to complete this project is Rp. 130.121.712.702 which means the project has suffered losses, and the project completion time has increased from 615 days to 1069 days, which means the project will be delayed.
