Abstract

Trirenggo Village is one of 75 villages in Bantul Regency that received village fund allocations in 2019, in managing its previous village fund allocations, it was still far behind from other villages, because Trienggo village is one of the less developed villages compared to other villages. other villages in Bantul Regency prior to ADD, currently Trirenggo Village has been transformed into one of the developed villages in Bantul Regency. So the author wants to see whether the village budget management is still not transparent to the community, and also the extent to which the community can access the accountability report. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The unit of research analysis is on the transparency of village fund allocation management in 2019. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. The results showed that in Trirenggo Village basically the village government had tried to be transparent in the management of allocations and villages, even though the village government did not actively inform the community directly. But the community can access the results of the transparency of village fund allocations by asking directly to the village government or the community can also access the village government website to see work programs carried out by the village government using village fund allocations. To see the extent of transparency, it can be seen from four aspects, including: availability and accessibility of documents, clarity and completeness of information, openness of the process, and regulatory framework that ensures transparency
