Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) Khanza is a hospital
information system application. Users of SIMRS Khanza products residing at
Aisyiyah Siti Khadijah Hospital, PKU Muhammadiyah Jatinom Hospital and
Permata Medika Hospital.
SIMRS Khanza is considered to be complicated and cause human error.
Resulting in client difficulties in using SIMRS Khanza application.
Therefore this thesis was made in order to help the medical record report
activities in the hospital so that the documentation makes the client easy, for client
guidelines using the SIMRS Khanza application.
Based on the results of the analysis conducted to the programmer with the
concept of prototyping method shows that this application can help clients carry
out medical record reporting activities easily.
