Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile and consumer behavior and consumer
satisfaction at Riphy Coffee Roastery Tamantirto Village, Kasihan District, Bantul
Regency. Descriptive method used in this study as the basic method of research.
Sampling was carried out by accidental sampling of 55 respondents who were taken
in April 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. Data collection techniques
by distributing questionnaires, then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results
showed that the majority of consumers were male. Consumer status is not married.
Most consumers are aged 18-26 years. Most consumer education is SMA/SMK
with a job as a student. The highest consumer income is at Rp. 500,000 to Rp.
2,999,999. consumer goals at Riphy Coffee Roastery Tamantirto Village, Kasihan
District, Bantul Regency are included in the high category with the highest
satisfaction on service indicators followed by menu, place, price, promotion and
location.
