Gambaran Kelayakan Pendirian Klinik Pratama UMY

Background : Primary clinic is a clinic that provides health services in the
form of basic medical as stated in article 2 paragraph 2 of PMK number 9 of 2014
concerning clinics. To optimized health services with services with longer operating
hours, shorter distances, and in accordance of internal consumers (UMY students
and academics), it is necessary to plan the establishment of a UMY primary clinic
located in the UMY female resident university complex. Research on the feasibility
of establishing a UMY primary clinic was conducted to evaluate the idea, namely
in the form of market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects,
management and humans resources aspects, financial aspects, legal aspects, and
environmental aspects.
Method : The form of research is observational with quantitative data
collection conducted by distributing questionnaires, qualitative data conducted by
in-depth interview and document tracing.
Research Result : Seeing the feasibility picture of quantitative and
qualitative data collection by looking at the market and marketing picture, the high
interest in visiting the UMY primary clinic was 82.4 %, stated in the strategic plan
(2015-2020) FKIK UMY to become an educational clinic, form the legal
description in the form of permit processing assisted by PT UMB, technical and
technological descriptions in the form of determining the design and layout will be
adjusted to services needs, environmental descriptions, strategic location
determination, Financial picture, capital support from various parties. An overview
of HR (Human Resources) availability management. From the various pictures, it
is said that the UMY primary clinic is feasible to be established.
