Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of production, exchange rates, international CPO prices, world economic growth, Term of Trade, and international soybean oil prices on Indonesia's CPO exports in 2015: M01 - 2019: M12. The research method used to analyze the determinants of Indonesia's CPO exports is the Error Correction Model (ECM) approach. This study uses secondary data in the form of monthly time series data for the period 2015: M01 - 2019: M12. The results of this study indicate that the variable of Indonesian CPO production in the short and long term has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's CPO exports. Exchange rates in the short and long term have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's CPO exports. Meanwhile, international CPO prices have a negative and significant effect on Indonesian CPO exports both in the short and long term. The variable of global economic growth in the short and long term has a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's CPO exports. Then the Indonesian Term of Trade has a negative and significant impact on Indonesia's CPO exports both for the short and long term. The international price of soybean oil in the short and long term has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's CPO exports, so it can be concluded that the testing of the hypothesis which states that there is a collective effect of independent variables on Indonesia's CPO exports is acceptable.
