Abstract
This research aim is to find the effect of organic ingredients and kind of
varieties, also the interaction to crop yield and cassava plant proximate analysis
(Manihot Esculenta). Experimental research on mycorrhizal cassava planting on
this soil compiled using Rancangan Acak Kelompok (Randomized block design)
with factorial trial design (3x3). First factor is organic ingredients that consist of
manure, straw compost, and grass compost. Second factor is kinds of cassava
varieties : Mentega, Ketan, and Kirik. Each treatment repeated in 3 treatment units.
Then observe mycorrhizal development, growth and cassava proximate analysis
result. Data analyzed by using F test analysis level 5%, with DMRT follow-up test.
The result shows that there is no effect between organic ingredients treatment and
kinds of mycorrhizal cassava varieties treatment which include manure, straw
compost and grass compost are not affected on cassava growth parameters of three
varieties. On organic ingredients, manure , palm, and corn have same effect on
mycorrhizal cassava. On Ketan varieties, its give the best result and different on
leaf count parameters, although its not different from Kirik varieties on plant height
parameters, tuber weight, and tuber diamater. From proximate analysis of Mentega
varieties, its give the best result proximate nutrition that best to consume.
