Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability to predict the variables of sharia financial
literacy and income on sharia financial management of UMKM (Usaha Mikro
Kecil Menengah or Micro Small Medium Enterprise). It used quantitative
approach with survey method. The population of this study was UMKM within a
radius of 1 km fromUniversitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The number of
samples obtained was 96 UMKM from the sample reference of at least 30 people.
The results of this study showed that sharia financial literacy partially had positive
influence on the management of sharia finance with a probability value of 0.000
and apositive influence direction (β) of 4.547. The income variable also showed a
significantpositive influence with a probability of 0.000 and an influence value (β)
of 7.353. Simultaneously both independent variables affected the management of
sharia finance(p value of 0.000) with a clearing factor of 82.7 percent, while the
rest was influencedby other variables outside this study.
