Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior from Islamic Perspective (OCBIP). This research was conducted at the Head Office of BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study found 33 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used is SPSS. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on the variables of affective commitment, normative commitment, and ongoing commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior from Islamic Perspective (OCBIP). Islamic Preference (OCBIP) and partially affective commitment, normative commitment, and ongoing commitment together influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior from Islamic Preference (OCBIP).
