Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of community satisfaction and
what factors are related to the level of community satisfaction with the MSME
assistance program in Minggir District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region.
Determination of the location determined using the Purposive Method, namely the
MSME area which is the location of the IT UMY Regular KKN for the period 27 May
to 27 June 2021 located in 4 Kelurahan in Minggir District, Sleman Regency. The
sample used in the study was 38 respondents taken by purposive sampling.
Correlation analysis (spearman rank) is used to determine the relationship factor
with the level of satisfaction of the MSME community towards the mentoring
program. The results of the study show that (1) The identity profile of the MSME
beneficiaries of empowerment is mostly located in the Sendangmulyo Village area
with a percentage of 44.74% in the food and beverage sector. (2) The level of
community satisfaction with the UMKM empowerment program in Minggir District
as measured by the adjustment program, program implementation, and problem
solving is included in the satisfaction category because the average number of the
three score variables is 12.47. (3) Factors related to the level of satisfaction, namely
the accuracy of innovation, processes and methods, problem solving, and belief in
success have a positive relationship to the level of satisfaction of the MSME
community
