taken, and the Wemos microcontroller module to send text messages on telegram on the patient's or
family's cellphone.The test was carried out with a comparison tool, namely a stopwatch. The test method
is carried out by comparing the tool with a stopwatch, the average error value is 0.006% with a deviation
value of 0.05. the test results have a relatively small difference value and are still within the tolerance
threshold of ± 3% so that the level of measurement error factor is getting smaller and making the quality
of data collection better.
