Abstract
The metal casting industry grew along with the development of casting techniques and methods as well as various casting models that flooded the domestic market. The market demand for this prospective and broad cast metal product is not matched by an increase in product quality. From the results of the manufacture of a casting centrifugal machine that has been designed, this centrifuge which has the following specifications, has dimensions of width 50 cm, length 80 cm, frame height from the legs 60 cm, has a molding capacity of 20 cm in diameter, molding depth of 8 cm. , in addition to using an electric motor type jy1A-4, Hp/220 V/50 Hz/4.24 A/1.400 Rpm, as a driver. The goal is to make a centrifugal casting machine that can be used on a small scale. The process of making a centrifugal casting machine is by making the main frame, shaft holder, panel room, turntable, molding, shaft, braking system, and finishing process.
