Abstract
The MAMPU program is a form of collaboration between Migrant CARE and the Australian Government in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to understand the problems experienced by migrant workers whether from or in Indonesia and how Migrant CARE and Australia's strategies are in using the MAMPU program as a solution. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Literature review is used as a data collection method to provide comprehensive and academic data. This study uses the Transnational Advocacy Networks (TAN's) framework. The results of this study indicate that there are two strategies used by Migrant CARE and Australia in advocating for migrant workers in Indonesia through the MAMPU Program, namely the Information Politics Strategy by using online media to mobilize global communication on the concerns of marginalized migrant workers and the Symbolic Politics strategy by using hashtags on social media as symbols and actions that embody protection against violence against migrant workers, especially women.
