Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically the effect of Regional
Original Income, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and
Revenue Sharing Funds on economic growth through capital expenditure as an
intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, using
quantitative research methods. The sample used in this study is Regency/City in
West Java Province from 2017-2019. The sampling technique used was path
analysis. This study uses a purposive sampling approach as a sampling technique. The amount of research data that can be processed is 63 data. The analytical tool
used is multiple linear regression. The research subjects consisted of PAD, DAU, DAK, and DBH. This study resulted in 9 hypotheses which were tested using
SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed that PAD, DBH, and capital expenditures
had a significant positive effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, DAU and DAK
have no significant effect on economic growth. Then the path analysis test results
show that PAD, DAU, and DBH have a positive and significant effect on
economic growth through capital expenditures. Meanwhile, DAK has no
significant effect on economic growth through capital expenditures.
