Abstract

Red cayenne pepper ori 212 variety is a horticultural comuditas developed in agricultural businesses that have high economic potential to be cultivated as agricultural products. The business of red cayenne pepper cultivated with a single stem system in Hargobinangun Village of Pakem District of Sleman Regency conducted research aimed at analyzing costs, income, profits and feasibility. This study uses probability sampling techniques with the application of random sampling techniques and is simplified using the slovin formula to determine the number of samples so that a sample of 37 farmers is obtained. The results showed that the average cost used in the business of farming red cayenne pepper Ori 212 with a single stem system is Rp6,531,998. income earned Rp 30,126,523, profit amounted to Rp27,612,606 Feasibility test obtained value R / C 5.23, land productivity Rp.23,530 / m2, labor productivity Rp 1,167,546 / HKO, and capital productivity 7%.
