Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, regional original
income funds, general allocation funds, and special allocation funds on capital
expenditures in districts/cities in Indonesia in 2019. The type of data used in this
study is secondary data. The data used in this study were obtained through the
websites of the Ministry of Finance, BPS, and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The
population in this study were all city/district governments in Indonesia. The
samples used in this study were districts and cities in Indonesia. Retrieve data on
the Realization Report of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD)
and the Gross Domestic Product (GRDP) Report on the website. Hypothesis
testing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The data that has
been collected is analyzed first by testing the classical assumptions and then
testing the hypothesis with the SPSS test tool. 15.0. Based on the results of the
study, it can be concluded that partially local revenue, general allocation funds,
and special allocation funds have a positive and significant effect on capital
expenditures, while the economic growth variable has a negative and significant
effect on capital expenditures in Regency/City governments in Indonesia in 2019.
