Abstract

Fire is a disaster that can cause loss to many parties both morally and materially and is at risk of causing death. This research was carried out with the aim of checking the readiness of site completeness, rescue facilities, active protection systems, and passive protection systems in Sapta Gria Hotel buildings to deal with fire hazards and is also expected to be a reference or guideline for implementing building fire protection systems in other buildings. This research is guided by Regulation Pd – T – 11 – 2005 – C which is about Building Fire Safety Inspection. In this study, the descriptive-quantitative method was used, namely by means of a direct survey held in the building being reviewed to obtain research data. The results of this study obtained a Building Safety System Reliability Value (NKSKB) for each component, the value of the sub KSKB for the site completeness component was 20.20%, the value of the sub KSKB for the components of rescue facilities was 14.45%, the value of the sub KSKB for components of active protection facilities is 14.88%, and the value of the sub-KSKB for passive protection means is 19.14%. The result of the overall value of the building NKSKB is 68.67% or can be categorized as Enough.
