Abstract
This study aims to i) Knowing the profile of
Lovebird breeders with violin mutation variants and Lovebird cultivation
techniques that still survive during the covid-19 pandemic, ii) Analyzing the costs,
revenues, and profits of Lovebird livestock with violin mutation variants iii)
Knowing the feasibility of breeding Lovebird cattle with mutation variants violin.
Determination of respondents using the census method and obtained 21 farmers
to be used as samples. The data was obtained by using interview techniques using
the help of a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis
techniques and business feasibility analysis. The results of this study indicate that
there are 21 breeders of Lovebird violin mutation variants that still survive during
the COVID-19 pandemic in Cawas District. Breeders who are still surviving
during the pandemic are senior breeders who have previously raised livestock so
that they understand about Lovebird bird cultivation and there are several young
breeders who continue to run the Lovebird bird business and the costs incurred
are Rp. 18,594,847/year, revenue is Rp. 45,478 .095/year, and a profit of Rp.
26,883,248/year and the feasibility of the Lovebird livestock of violin mutation
variants in Cawas District by looking at the RC ratio value, the number is 2.4.
This shows that the lovebird cultivation business is feasible to run.
