Abstract
This research aims to Describe consumer attitudes towards herbal beverage products produced by MSMEs Benuwi House and Describe factors related to consumer attitudes. The research site was chosen intentionally. This research was initiated by MSMEs Banuwe Haouse. With various considerations, the location is a pioneer of herbal drink products salak seeds. The sampling technique used in this study is isidental sampling. Visitors who come to the Banuwe Haouse MSME otlet in accordance with the required sample requirements and the number of samples used as respondents were taken as many as 30 people, preferably 15 respondents obtained by consumers who bought and consumed herbal drinks of medium salak seeds 15 respondents obtained from the data of the record of the completion of the BENUWI House MSME otlet continued by sifting online kuisoner. Data analysis uses cryptic analysis, liket analysis and spearman rengk. The results of this study showed that consumer attitudes towards herbal drinks in Turi Subdistrict fall into the category of good attitudes and the relationship between factors and consumer attitudes of minuamn herbal salak seeds has a very weak relationship to be quite in the form of age, depth of infromation, history of disease and diet.
