Abstract

Background: The increase competitive business and demand quality health service improvement, it’s given motivaon for them to improve perfomance hospital with establish some goals and strategic that balance of financial and non financial perspektif. Therefore, is need to evaluation of performance hospital with BSC method. Objective : The objective of study is performance evaluation with use BSC and evaluation the BSC method as a performance measuring instrument in RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Method : The study is mix methode, survey method is used cross sectional and case study approach. Population is all of the patient/patient family which ever get hospitalized and all employees of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong.. The study used primary and secondary data. Analyzes test using qualitative and quantitative. Result and Discussion: Financial perspektif used 3 indicator, there are NPM (2009:11,74%; 2010:10,34%; 2011:11,39%), ROI (2009:22,9%; 2010:22,7%; 2011:24.7%), Effectiveness ratio (2009:1,04%; 2010:1,10%; 2011:1,05%). Customers perspektif used 3 indicator, there are customers acquition (2009:31,4%; 2010:32,12%; 2011: 32.54%), customers retention (2009:68,6%; 2010: 67,9%; 2011: 67,5%), customers satisfaction : 4.46. Internal businees processes l5 indicator, there are BOR (2009:67,4%;2010:68,4%;2011: 66,5%), ALOS (2009: 4 day; 2010;3 day; 2011:3 day), BTO (2009:70,1; 2010:72,3%; 2011:70,9%), GDR (2009:64%; 2010:66%; 2011: 64%), NDR (2009: 31%; 2010: 30%; 2011: 24%). Perspektif growth and development used 3 indicator, there are employee productivity (2009: 11.921.065; 2010: 11.974.428; 2011: 11934.243), employee retention (2009:4,87%; 2010:4,27%; 2011:4,19%) employee satisfaction: 3,59. Conclusion : overall, the performance of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong with BSC is good performance, eventhough one perspektif still deficient, is a internal businees processes show less performance that show the quality of health service in RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong is less. BSC concept as measuring instrument is still not complete yet.
