LANGKAH-LANGKAH KOMUNIKASI TERAPEUTIK ANTARA PETUGAS KEROHANIAN DENGAN PSIEN CUCI DARAH DI RS PKU MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA

Implementation of therapeutic communication aims to help patients clarify and reduce the burden of thoughts and feelings to the basic action to change the situation existing when the patient believes in things necessary. The purpose of this study was to determine the therapeutic measures communication between officers spirituality with dialysis patients in the RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method because this research will explain, illustrate, describe, record, analyze and decipher everything related to the problems examined with the object of research. The data in this study were obtained through interview, observation and documentation. The data has been collected and recorded unearthed in research activities to be undertaken and the preponderance of truth. The results showed that the therapeutic communication measures undertaken by officers spirituality with dialysis patients in the RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta includes the following phases prainteraksi phase, interaction and introduction or orientation, work phase, and termination phase. In phase prainteraksi, spirituality officer in the RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta approach the patient's family last health conditions associated with dialysis patients, whether there are obstacles and barriers, communication patterns, as well as the interaction model which has been running between the patient and his family. Introductory phase or orientation, spirituality officer first foster mutual trust between himself and dialysis patients, showed acceptance by communicating openly, formulate contracts or communications, then explore your thoughts and feelings and to identify patient problems, and formulate goals with the patient.
