PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN UKURAN DEWAN KOMESARIS TERHADAP LUAS PENGUNGKAPAN TANGGUNGJAWAB SOSIAL DAN LINGKUNGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR.

This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, company size and numbers board of commisioners to the disclousure of corporate social responbility at the public manufacture companies.The objects in this research are the companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2007 - 2011. The result of sample selection with purposive sampling method obtained a total sample of 36 companies. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis that has been done, it shows that managerial ownership positively affects the disclousure of corporate social responbility. company size positively affects the disclousure of corporate social responbility . Numbers board of commisioners negatively affects the disclousure of corporate social responbility.
