ANALISIS EFISIENSI USAHA TANI BAWANG MERAH LAHAN PANTAI DI KECAMATAN SANDEN KABUPATEN BANTUL.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of red onion production of coastal land, knowing the level of efficiency by using the factors of production red onion coastal land, knowing the cost, revenue, and profit of red onion farming coastal land in Bantul District Sanden. Site selection study conducted with a purposive. The research was conducted in the District Sanden within one season, on April to June 2012. The model used for the data analysis is the Cobb-Douglas production function. Respondents in this study that farmers who are members of farmer groups in Srigading village, which has a number of members, there were 120 farmers, farmers sample taken is as much as 50 farmers. Respondent sampling done using simple random sampling technique proportionally. Primary data obtained through interviews and observations, and secondary data obtained by means of documentation. The results showed that together factors of production land, seed, fertilizer Phonska, ZA, KCL, foliar fertilizer, manure and labor have a significant effect on red onion production. While partially just land, seed and labor affect significantly. Use of production factors of land and seed yet efficient, while the factors of production of labor are efficient. Explicit and implicit costs incurred farmers amounting to Rp. 3.86605 and Rp. 914 892. Farmers earned income of Rp. 2,466,678 and farmer profits of Rp. 1,551,786.
