SIKAP PETANI PADI TERHADAP KEBERADAAN GUDANG KOMODITI DENGAN SISTEM RESI GUDANG (SRG) DI KABUPATEN BANTUL

This study aims to know the attitude of farmers toward the warehouse receipt system and the factors that influence it. The research was done in Bantul Regency as the location of the warehouse and who has done socialization to rice farmers. The data taken from the 4 respondents who have used the services of a warehouse receipt system, consisting of 2 farmers and 2 peoples farmer group administrator. Data collected by in-depth interviews and participant observation. In this study assessed farmers' attitude of cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and conative aspects. The results showed cognitive attitudes of farmers in terms of any extend the storage requirement, how to obtain the early agreement, responsibility cost by farmers have variation. Farmer who has a side job as a trader, tend to have better cognitive attitude than breeder farmer. Variations in affective of farmers found in the assessment of warehouse receipt system procedures, quality requirements, the cost to the farmer, kind of commodities, and storage time. That variations are influenced by land area, and the amount of production. Farmers those have a narrow land with low productivity tend to have less feeling and less happy to the warehouse receipt system. Variations conative is the tendency of respondents to join the warehouse receipt system is affected by land area and the presence of other warehouse. Farmers those have a narrow land and farmer who easily get service from other warehouses wan’t to utilize the services of a warehouse receipt system. There is a negative relation between the cognitive and affective, the higher the knowledge so the less liked. There is a positive relation between affective and conative, farmers more like a warehouse receipt system has a tendency increasingly want to use.
