Abstract
Recently, international relations phenomenon is not only involve a state actor, but also non-state actor. Environmental issue is one of many issues that caused involvement of non-state actor such as Civil Society Organization. Environmental issue has already change become high politics issue where the involvement of Civil Society Organization is very important in some countries especially in developing country. WWF-Indonesia is one of many Civil Society Organization that involved in consenvation issue to solve environmental problem. In this case, WWF-Indonesia as Civil Society Organization give the solution to solve the problem in transboundary of West Kalimantan and Sarawak. The program is Transboundary Ecotourism. The aim of this research is to give some information about the role of WWF-Indonesia of their program. The research is conducted in February and March 2013 and it is located in West Kalimantan. The data is collected by primary data, sources, interview, and library research. The result of this research is that WWF-Indonesia have important roles of Transboundary Ecotourism program. The roles of WWF-Indonesia are initiator, implementor and bridging with people. Other result also found in this research and it is advocacy role and pressure group roles.
