HUBUNGAN SKOR APGAR KELUARGA DAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN SATPAM UMY DENGAN RESPON SURAT KEPUTUSAN REKTOR TENTANG KAWASAN TANPA ROKOK

Nowadays, smokers in the world is more than 1.1billion. In the 2025, will increase to 1.6 billion. Data from WHO showed that Indonesia is one of five countries that has the most smokers in the world. Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta has regulation about no smoking area. The regulation is on decree No. 164/SK-UMY/XII/2011. The aims of this research is to know the relation security’s knowledge level and families APGAR score with the response of Rector decree about the no smoking area implementation. Design of this research is observasional analytic cross-sectional study. The population are UMY’s security, and there are 39 samples taken by total sampling. Data is taken by quetsionaire and the research is done for 3 months. The research’s data is analysed by chi-square Results of the study, there is a relation between UMY’ security knowledge level with response to the Rector's Decree about no smoking area (PR = 4.6; p = 0,037; CI = 1,04-20.9). There is also a relation between family’s APGAR scores of UMY’s security with Rector's Decree response about no smoking area (PR = 0, 225; p = 0, 018; CI = 0,045-0,788). It can be concluded that there is a relations between level of knowledge and family’s APGAR score of UMY’s security with Rector Decree response about no smoking area implementation.
