Abstract
Penelitian ini meneliti tentang brand equity (equitas merek) dari produk makanan cepat saji, sebuah merek prestisius yang bisa dikatakan memiliki brand equity (equitas merek) yang cukup kuat. Dalam penelitian ini, brand equity (ekuitas merek) diukur menggunakan elemen-elemen band equity yang terdiri dari: brand awareness (kesadaran merek), brand association (asosiasi merek), perceived quality (persepsi kualitas), dan brand loyalty (loyalitas merek).
