Abstract

Finally, UN (United Nations) formed Commission (UNCIP) The United Nations Commission For India And Pakistan to finished Kashmir conflict by peaceful. UNCIP has released two resolution fundamental about Kashmir in 13 August 1948 and 5 January 1949. Resolutions gave warranty that the people of Jammu Kashmir chose India or Pakistan with right of self determination with plebiscite or fair referendum, which sadly never materialized. India did not execute resolutions because it influenced secular, lost natural resources and worried that Kashmir would be became part of Pakistan integration or independent country. But Muslim majorities in Kashmir chose Pakistan as its country. Part of Muslims majorities to fought for freedom of Kashmir by JKLF (Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front). Based on the India Pakistan war of 1965 and 1971, India and Pakistan reached two major agreement regarding Kashmir. It was Tashkent agreement 1965 and Shimla agreement 1972. Both countries agreed that relations between India and Pakistan should be based on the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of each other and resolved by peaceful. Regional stability will only exist when India and Pakistan end the current crisis and potential conflicts. In conclusion, UN has not effective to solve Kashmir conflict and there are interest of big countries in conflict Kashmir between India and Pakistan.
